Clara Todd has over a decade of professional experience in design, multimedia and web development. She has particular understanding of issues of usability, accessibility and web search engine optimization (SEO).

Wetpaint Content Modules (UX and Visual Design)
Wetpaint Content Modules are Flash objects that can be placed on a page on a Wetpaint site to show activity from that site, like photo uploads, discussions and top contributors.
- Role: Design and specifications.
- Software: Axure, Fireworks.
- Example: All Wetpaint sites including Save The Unicorns Wiki.
Wetpaint Slideshow (Design and Development)
The Wetpaint Slideshow is a type of "widget" that can be inserted onto a page on a wetpaint site or used to preview in the photo gallery. The slideshow can be locked to an album or to the entire gallery of the site, and offers some control over transition.
- Role: Design and build in Flash.
- Software: Fireworks, Flash.
- Language/mark-up: Actionscript 2.
- Example: All Wetpaint sites including James Bond Wiki - click 'view slideshow'.
Facebook Connect on Wetpaint (UX Design)
Facebook Connect allows users to use their existing Facebook credentials to log in to Wetpaint, invite their friends and share activity from Wetpaint on Facebook.
- Role: Design for Wetpaint's integration.
- Software: Axure, Fireworks.
- Examples: All Wetpaint sites including Wetpaint Central
Wetpaint Skins & Partner Branding (Development)
Wetpaint has been called "the wiki-less wiki" - it's clean, easy to use, and provides tools to help build community and content.
- Role: front-end build and integration, then managing and QA for outside resources.
- Software: Photoshop, Fireworks.
- Language/mark-up: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java (JSP, Struts).
- Examples: The L Word, Dell Techcenter, CSI
StockGazing (Design & Development)
StockGazing was the world's first international stock market trading simulation site.
- Role: Design and front-end build, logos design, publicity materials.
- Software: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash.
- Language/mark-up: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java.
Incentive Power (Design & Development)
Incentive Power was a service to help motivate sales and customer service teams. It kept track of sales or other quantifiable tasks and employees could purchase products from a catalog with points they earned.
- Role: Design and front-end build.
- Software: Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
- Language/mark-up: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
Microsoft Partner University / RSG (Design & Development)
Microsoft Partner University and Ready Set Go! were sites for sales teams of Microsoft products and affiliates. Subscribers could earn points for completing certain training tasks at MPU, or performing certain tasks with Ready Set Go!.
- Role: Development of online tutorials
- Software: Photoshop
- Language/mark-up: HTML, CSS, Perl.
NC Graphics (Design, Tech Writing, & Webmaster)
Machining Strategist from NC Graphics is a software used in the production of die molds for manufacturing.
- Role: icons and buttons in the software, design, development and maintenance of website, authored tutorials and support manual.
- Software: Photoshop, Word.
- Language/mark-up: HTML, CSS, Perl.
Buttons and Icons (Concept & Design)
Design of icons and buttons - visual metaphors for data and functions on web applications or desktop software. The trickier the better! Wetpaint, RAF Technologies, NC Graphics, UpsellUSA.
- Software: Photoshop, Fireworks, Axure, Visio.

Brochure Sites (Design & Development)
